- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆If I could give Zero stars I will, the costumer service is horrible! the guy who answer the phone is like a zombie, he should be fired, and let people who enjoy to have a JOB! to work there. So, I sent very sensitive documents to USCIS and they returned them!!! without any VALID reason OR EXPLANATION, !!! they received them at 11:57 AM and returned them at 11: 59 AM whaaaat!!!??? now my documents are" LOST"!!! I called them several times and the give answers like " I don't have the package in front of me, so I don't know what happened with your package" , " I don't know sir,/ madame" and keep silence over the phone, really??
