- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Worst website of any bank on planet earth. Customer service people are friendly but only want to tell you solutions that are easy for them. They literally can't even take credit cards over the phone. When you go to the car dealer make sure they use anyone on planet earth other than NEFCU. Online banking is also a joke. They pretty much make it so you can only pay from their accounts. If you don't live in Burlington this is extremely inconvenient.By jj Norway, October 30, 2016
